Delivery Information
At MIMYO, every product is made to order. This means that your item is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed, ensuring the highest quality and a sustainable approach. As a result, delivery times include the production and preparation of your unique item.
Order Received:
Once you place an order, we begin the process by confirming your order details and preparing the necessary materials. Each product is made to order, ensuring a personalized and sustainable approach.
Production:
Your item is then meticulously crafted in our Berlin studio. This production phase takes time to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Please allow up to 14 business days for your product to be made.
Shipping:
After production, your order is carefully packaged and shipped to your address. Delivery times vary by location, with standard shipping taking an additional 14 to 20 business days. For international deliveries, the timeframe may be longer.
Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which MIMYO cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees will result in the cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
